Nana is a dual-qualified Solicitor/Barrister and Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience advising on real estate and property matters across Ghana, the United Kingdom, and Bermuda. He brings a rare combination of legal expertise and technical property knowledge to complex advisory, transactional, and contentious matters for both public and private sector clients.

His practice spans real estate advisory, litigation, lease and property management, regulatory compliance, valuation, asset management, and cross-border transactions. Nana is particularly valued for his ability to integrate legal analysis with commercial and technical property considerations, enabling him to deliver practical, results-driven solutions.

In Ghana, Nana has played a leading role in key regulatory and sector-wide initiatives, including the implementation of the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047), and the development of innovative geographical information system (GIS) applications designed to reduce fraud in land transactions. In the United Kingdom, he has advised on major regeneration and infrastructure projects, including the Birmingham New Street redevelopment and the Kings Norton Regeneration Scheme, and has significant experience in Leasehold Reform Act matters, where his strategic advisory and negotiation skills generated substantial cost efficiencies.

In Bermuda, Nana has led high-profile government land and infrastructure projects, including the Bermuda Airport Redevelopment, the Airport Finger Solar Farm, Morgan’s Point, and the St. Regis Hotel lease, while also developing valuation methodologies and land management policies to enhance the stewardship of public land assets.

Nana holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MSc in Real Estate and Management from Birmingham City University, an LLB from The University of Law, and a Post-Call Certificate from the Ghana School of Law.
