Belinda is an Associate with a growing practice in civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, company law, employment and labour relations, family and matrimonial matters, probate and estate administration, and general legal advisory services.
She holds a Qualifying Certificate (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science. Her academic and professional training provide a solid foundation in Ghanaian legal practice, with particular focus on dispute resolution, employment-related matters, and family and matrimonial law.
Belinda is engaged in legal research, drafting, case preparation, and the handling of matters before the courts and in advisory contexts. She works closely with senior counsel and clients to deliver well-researched, timely, and practical legal solutions, including support for client conferences, settlement negotiations, and ongoing client matters.
